Materially – WastEnders | 4-10 September 2021

During Milan Design Week in 2021, we participated in the WastEnders exhibition promoted by Materially, at the Superdesign Show of Superstudio Più, Via Tortona 27, Milan, with the Occhi panel.

The WastEnders exhibition explores new families of materials that reduce waste. For example, materials are either developed from recycled raw materials, are entirely bio-based and biodegradable, or they use clean processes. These are projects that start from a variety of waste types which are transformed through new technologies and supply-chain partnerships. This activates industrial symbiosis which helps reduce and transform waste into an economically-viable resource.
